Rotary vane machine
专利摘要:
A rotary vane machine having vanes with a three component wear resistant material. The matrix is a fluorocarbon polymer, e.g. PTFE. Furthermore, there are hard phases whose hardness deviates less than 20% from that of the counterface. Glass or carbon is preferable against steel or cast iron. Furthermore an inorganic solid lubricant has been added to the wear resistant material. Lead and lead oxides are particularly good.
The invention relates to pump compressor building and relates to the improvement of rotary plate machines operating without supplying liquid lubricant from the working strips. A rotary plate machine, comprising a cylindrical body, end caps with inlet and outlet openings and an eccentric rotor with straight grooves, in which are movable plates made of polymeric material with a systematically oriented glass fibers ij, are located. However, the absence of a lubricant in the plates of this machine leads to their premature wear, which reduces the overall service life of the machine. The closest to the proposed technical solution is a rotary-plate machine containing a cylindrical body, end caps with inlet and outlet openings and an eccentrically placed rotor in the body with radial grooves in which there are movable plates, each of which has at least in the zone of contact with the inner surface of the housing coating, including wear resistant, polymer and lubricating materials fj. The disadvantage of this machine is a short service life, which is associated with wear and breakage of the plates, resulting in insufficient stiffness and durability under working conditions without liquid lubrication and at high rotor speeds. The purpose of the invention is to increase the life of the machine and increase the rigidity of the plate. This goal is achieved by the fact that in a rotary-lamellar tube containing a cylindrical body, end caps with inlet and outlet openings and an eccentric rotor with a radial groove in which there are movable plates, each of which has at least contact areas with the inner surface of the housing; a coating comprising wear-resistant, polymeric and bonding materials; wear-resistant material with; holds a mixture of fluorocarbon polymer, solid phase in the form of glass or carbon rx fibers and inorganic solid lubricant with the following ratio of components, vol. %: Solid Phase 5-30 Lubricant5-30 Polymer Solubility, the solid phase having Vickers hardness differing by less than 20% from the hardness of the material of the body, and the material being chemically neutral to the material of the body serves as solid lubricant. The fibers in the plate are systematically oriented. In addition, fibers can be woven, solid lubricant can be made of lead, and the inner surface of the body - made of steel or cast iron. Figure 1 shows the described rotary plate machine; FIG. 2 is a section A-A in FIG. on. fvg.Z graph, in which the points indicate the rate of wear, obtained in a series of tests of plates with different content of inorganic solid lubricant; Fig. 4 shows the curve, the image and the dependence of the speed and wear of the plate on the content of lead in it as a solid lubricant. The rotary plate machine contains a cylindrical case 1, end covers 2 with inlet and outlet openings 3 and 4, and a rotor 5 with an eccentric positioned in case 1 of the rotor 5 with radial grooves 6 in which movable plates 7 are located, each of which has at least in the zone contact with the inner surface of the housing 1 is a coating, including wear-resistant, polymeric and lubricating materials, the wear-resistant material containing a mixture of fluorocarbon polymer, a solid phase in the form of glass or carbon fibers and a third inorganic lubricant with the following ratio of components, vol. %: Solid phase 5-30 Lubricant 5-30 Polymer Remaining, the solid phase having Vickers hardness differing by less than 20% from the hardness of the material of housing 1, and the material being chemically neutral to the material of housing 1 serves as solid lubricant. In addition, the fibers in the plate 7 are systematically oriented, and the fibers can be woven, while the solid lubricant can be made of lead, and the inner surface of the housing 1 is made of steel or cast iron. In addition, several outlet openings can be made in the end caps, and the grooves b in the rotor 5 can be made inclined with an angle of inclination to 30. When operating a rotary plate machine, for example as an air motor, as the rotor 5 rotates radially. The plates 7 moving in its grooves b, dividing the sickle-shaped space between the inner surface of the housing 1 and the outer surface of the rotor 5 into chambers of variable volume, experience a contact pressure / proportional to the square of the sliding speed, reaching 20 m / s and more. In this connection, the plates 7 should be as light as possible and at the same time sufficiently rigid and durable under dry friction conditions. The present invention determines the combination of materials from which the plate is made, ensuring its high wear resistance without brittleness and durability. The entrance to the mixture contained in the wear-resistant material / fluorocarbon hydrogen polymer preferably is polytetrafluoroethane flax / fluorinated ethylene propylene or polyfluorinated alcoholic resin. woven The solid phase can also be glass or carbon in the form of particles. Inorganic solid lubricant is predominantly “made of lead. However, it can also be made of semi-oxidized metallic lead or lead oxide. Moreover, despite the fact that the use of these materials as a lubricant, the plates, which should be as light as possible, become thinner, the presence of lead or its oxide as a lubricant in the plates reduces their wear rate. The graph (Fig. 3) is based on the results of tests of an air motor operating in the unloaded state at 10,000 rpm and a slip speed of 20 m / s. In the plates of this motor wear-resistant material contains a mixture of polytetrafluoroethylene, glass fiber, cut into short pieces / and semi-oxidized metallic lead. Good performance also provides the use of carbon fibers as the solid phase .. In some cases, it is possible to use graphite or molybdenum disulfide as an inorganic solid lubricant. The proposed invention significantly increases the life of the rotary plate machine, providing rigidity and high durability of its plates. Fi & 1
